Head of Department Message

I am pleased to welcome you to the Business Administration department webpage on the Website of Amman Arab University. I hope that the webpage will provide you with useful information about the department; vision, mission, goals and activities.

The Department of Business Administration seeks to build the students scientific capabilities in business administration, management, and human resources management, develop their cognitive and leadership skills, and embrace their creative and creative ideas. By providing them with scientific skills and knowledge that enable them to interact positively in the work environment, employ the scientific theories and modern administrative concepts, use information technology to qualify graduates, enhance their abilities in the areas of decision-making and problem solving, environmental analysis, which empowering them to add value to the organizations they work In. The department also enables students to continue their postgraduate studies.

The department constantly updates its study plans in accordance with the requirements of the local and Arab markets, in line with scientific and technological developments, and gives significant importance to the scientific research of faculty members and students.

The Department has several study programs including: Master’s in Business Management MBA, Master’s in Management, and Masters in HRM, bachelors in Business Administration, and Bachelor’s in HRM degrees.

Vision

Entrepreneurship and excellence in education, academic learning and research in business administration and management, and human resource management at the local and regional levels.

Mission

Preparing scientifically qualified staff supported by knowledge and skills of business administration, management, human resource management and professional ethics to work in all areas of business organizations, to meet the needs of the local and regional community, in accordance with local and international quality criteria.
