Higher Diploma in Education Department

The Higher Diploma in Education program was founded this year 2020 by Amman Arab University to meet the needs of society, it aims to prepare educational and leadership competencies to provide educational consultancy and services, and also to be capable of opening up to society. This program comes in response to the needs of the labor market, as it is a requirement for the various educational institutions in their governmental and private sectors. The vision of the program is leadership and excellence in developing the educational process in light of the knowledge economy and comprehensive quality standards, and this vision will be achieved through the endeavor to prepare and qualify specialized, cognitive, professional and ethical human resources in the fields of educational sciences to meet the needs of society efficiently and effectively. The outputs of this program are based on employing higher thinking skills in solving educational problems and issues, being able to apply various research skills, and focusing on the practical application of psychological educational theories, and also adopts the latest teaching strategies and planning in education.

Moreover, this vision will be achieved through the endeavor to prepare and qualify specialized, cognitive, professional and ethical human resources in the fields of educational sciences to meet the needs of society efficiently and effectively. The outputs of this program are based on employing higher thinking skills in solving educational problems and issues, being able to apply various research skills, and focusing on the practical application of psychological educational theories. Finally it adopts the latest teaching strategies and planning in education.
