College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University launched its series of scientific days by workshops specialized in scientific research targeting faculty members and postgraduate students in the college. For postgraduate students, the series of workshops offered by Dr. Muhammad Mustafa and Dr. Rami Al-Shaqran began with the procedures for dealing with the Mendeley Scientific Reference Management Application used in most advanced universities, which saves the researcher time and effort in including the literature within the text and on the references page by linking the application with a processor texts directly.
The workshops will also include many topics and issues such as a workshop for criticizing research and scientific articles. All parts and steps of writing scientific research will be presented, including the molecules, standards and requirements that meet its conditions, then exposure to the deficiencies that they encounter and criticizing and offering practical solutions to modify them, and the international standards workshop for the College of Education and ways to employ them.
As for the Presentations Workshop - Modern Applications for Presentation and Design, this workshop will present the latest modern applications in presenting and designing presentations, and the inclusion of some interactive features on them in a way that ensures a smooth flow of information and its presentation in an attractive and interactive manner.
Finally, the workshop for designing descriptive grading scales in Rubrics will be presented, which will include providing the most prevalent assessments among graduate students, which includes an assessment of research and essay performance, in which the student must understand its parts in order to be familiar with the method of assessment, which requires the formulation of different descriptions that represent different levels of actual student performance. Which comes through designing rubrics grading scales.
