
Amman Arab University Participates in Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop on "Critical & Design Thinking for a Leader"
Under the patronage of the Minister of Youth, Engineer Yazan Shdeifat, Amman Arab University participated in a Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop titled "Critical & Design Thinking for a Leader." The event was organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers in Jordanian universities in collaboration with Dinarc. Dr. Samer Ayassra, Director of the Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity Center, represented Amman Arab University at the workshop.
The workshop aimed to equip young people with critical and design thinking skills, enabling them to make strategic decisions and find innovative solutions. It provided an interactive experience that combined deep analysis with practical creativity, focusing on preparing participants to become certified trainers (TOT) in this field.
This initiative aligns with national efforts to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among Jordanian youth, consistent with the Royal directives. The workshop featured a selection of experts and specialists in innovation and entrepreneurship, who offered insights into building a supportive environment for creativity and development towards a generation of innovative and entrepreneurial leaders capable of making positive change.
In this context, Dr. Samer Ayassra emphasized that one of the center's primary objectives is to build strong partnerships with various sectors, international and local organizations. The training focused on developing the skills of young people to become certified trainers in this field.
