Amman Arab University Participates in "Quality Assessor" Course to Enhance Academic Excellence Standards
Amman Arab University participated in the "Quality Assessor" course organized by the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Dafar Al-Sarairah, Chairman of the Commission. The course aimed to prepare faculty members from Jordanian universities to become certified quality assessors at both institutional and program levels, equipping them to work in university quality assurance departments and promoting a culture of quality across higher education institutions.
Dr. Ahmed Al-bloush, Director of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center at Amman Arab University, represented the university in the course. He emphasized that the university’s participation reflects its commitment to academic excellence and the application of global quality standards. He also thanked the Commission for organizing the course, which will contribute to strengthening quality culture in higher education.Dr. Amal Al-Tarawneh, Director of the Quality Assurance Directorate, mentioned that the Commission plans to offer additional training courses for Jordanian university staff to qualify them as quality assessors at local and international levels.
