“Life Skills in Practical Life” Workshop for Students at Amman Arab University
In fulfillment of Amman Arab University’s vision of leadership and excellence, College of Pharmacy at the University held a dialogue training workshop entitled “Life Skills in Practical Life,” presented by the trainer, Engineer Raad Al-Sharayri/Director of International Trade Relations at the Austrian Embassy.
The workshop included training students on the necessary life skills to prepare them to deal with challenges and problems in daily life and to integrate into the labor market after graduation, through training in dialogue and negotiation skills, effective communication with various segments of society in the labor market, and how to analyze the personality of the other party. During the workshop, Engineer Al-Sharayri stressed to the participating students the importance of perseverance, activity, and optimism in the professional path, to enable them to take the right steps and exploit opportunities for excellence and creativity at work to achieve a balance between personal and professional life, and to reach personal happiness and success in professional life.
Al-Sharayri also praised the awareness of the students of the College of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University, they meet the requirements of practical life, their competence in dialogue, and the advanced level of dedication and sense of responsibility.
