College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University, and Several Colleges, Hold a Charitable Iftar for Students with Hearing Disabilities

Commissioned by the President of the Arab Amman University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, Dr. Husam Al-Hamad, Assistant President for Planning and Quality Assurance, and Dr. Wafaa Al-Eid, Dean of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, sponsored the Ramadan Iftar banquet, which was held by the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, represented by the Department of Special Education, in cooperation with Al-Raja’ School for the Education for the Hearing Handicapped and the Al-Haya Association for Rehabilitation and Care of the Disabled, in which students with hearing disabilities from the surrounding areas of the university participated, with the active organizational participation of students of the faculties of educational and psychological sciences, computer sciences and informatics, business, and Sharia, and representatives from the Deanship of Student Affairs, and the Office of Practical Education, creativity and Social Responsibility

Where Iftar included educational and entertainment competitions for students, and prizes were distributed to outstanding students, in the presence of a number of faculty members at the University, institutions and members from the local community, and Ms. Bassma Abu Jaber, representative of charities in the Ain Al-Basha region

This is part of the distinguished efforts of all Amman Arab University cadres to disseminate the culture of service and social responsibility directed to the local community, which constitutes an important aspect of the identity of Amman Arab University.
