College of Business at Amman Arab University Implements a Training Course “Creativity and Entrepreneurship” for Al-Fuhais Secondary School for Girls

Coping with the vision of Amman Arab University to interact with the local community to create an environment characterized by social responsibility, and with the aim of developing the relationship between the College of Business and the local community, and considering that school students are the focus of the University’s attention, the College of Business seeks to work on consolidating the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship that will build capabilities of young people and raising their efficiency to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, as the College of Business at Amman Arab University held a training course for a group of students from Al-Fuhais Secondary School for Girls entitled Creativity and Entrepreneurship, which covered important topics, including: success stories, the concept of creativity, the concept of entrepreneurship, and the bodies that support and donate entrepreneurship.

In this regard, Professor. Hassan Al-Zoubi, Dean of the College of Business at Amman Arab University, confirmed that such scientific activities consolidate the concept of creativity and entrepreneurship among school students by presenting realistic success stories and raising the thinking and creative skills of school students.

For his part, Dr. Mutee Al-Shibli, a faculty member in the College of Business who conducted the workshop, indicated that this course and other future activities are among the goals of the College of Business and the Department of Business Administration, as continuous communication is carried out with schools in the university community to consolidate modern concepts in the world of business in order to reduce the gap between their knowledge. The actual need of business organizations and those such activities that keep pace with developments in the labor market would raise the efficiency of students and put them at the forefront by increasing their skills and raising their actual performance.

Dr. Al-Shibli stressed that this course is one of the most important courses that school students need, as creativity for entrepreneurs allows them to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to complex problems. By dealing with challenges from different angles and considering unconventional ideas, entrepreneurs can find innovative ways to overcome the obstacles and achieve their objectives.
