College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University Holds a Charitable Iftar for Orphaned Students in Cooperation with Educational Growth Schools
On behalf of the President of Amman Arab University Prof. Mohamed Al-Widyan, Prof. Ismail Yamin, Assistant President for Academic Affairs, sponsored the Ramadan Iftar banquet held by the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences and in cooperation with educational growth schools and charitable associations from Ain Al-Basha for orphaned students and people with special needs from the surrounding areas of the university. Iftar included educational, recreational and sports competitions for students, and prizes were also distributed to the outstanding students
The charitable Iftar was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Prof. Rami Al-Shaqran, Mr. Ahmed Al-Qaisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Educational Growth Schools, and Ms. Basma Abu Jaber, Director of the Office of Practical Education, Creativity and Community Services at the University, in addition to a group of faculty members from the University
It is noteworthy that distinguished efforts for all cadres of the Arab Amman University are always made to spread the culture of service and social responsibility within the local community areas surrounding the university, and to achieve the directives of its President, Prof. Mohamed Al-Widyan and the University Administration in this regard.
