College of Engineering at Amman Arab University Participates in an “Architectural Forum 2”
Under the guidance of the President of Amman Arab University, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, and as part of a series of extracurricular activities, Dr. Samer Al-Ratrout, a faculty member from the Department of Architectural Engineering at the College of Engineering at Amman Arab University, participated in the “Architecture of the World 2” forum. The idea of the digital architectural forum in the Hussein Complex came. For Business, as it is an architectural forum in its second edition that deals with the latest developments in the digital world and what the architect can exploit and keep up with these developments. A number of architectural academics from various Jordanian universities participated in the conference’s work.
In addition to the participation of professionals and offices familiar with digital architecture and its developments, and in the presence of a large number of Jordanian university students, engineers and academics. It is noteworthy that Dr. Al-Ratrout participated as a keynote speaker in a dialogue session that included an elite group of architectural academics, where he stressed the importance of keeping up with developments in digital architecture and the role of youth in trying to make their own mark, and that at every opportunity he emphasized the capabilities he possesses to discover more and explore future architecture. The forum concluded by emphasizing on the importance of believing in the role of youth, their aspirations, and building their capabilities in the digital world within the fields of architecture and its applications.
