The Deanship of Student Affairs / Career Guidance and Alumni Follow-up Office at Amman Arab University, in cooperation with the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the University, held a training workshop entitled "Criteria for integrating persons with disabilities and etiquette of dealing with them." The implementation of this workshop came as one of the training workshops implemented by the office within the student's skill portfolio.

The participation of students and their enthusiasm to participate in this workshop stemmed from their keenness to learn the right ways to deal with people with disabilities, as well as the University's keenness to provide the best training courses and workshops aimed and supportive of special education students

Based on the principle of continuous communication with University graduates, this workshop was given by one of the university graduates, Professor Abdul Rahman Al-Awmrah, a graduate of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences - specialization of special education in order to transfer practical experiences from graduate students to University students
