Admitting Saudi Students at "Amman Arab University”
Amman - Amman Arab University discussed with the Saudi Cultural Attaché means of enhancing academic cooperation and admit more Saudi students.
The Vice President of the University, Prof. Ikhlas Al-Tarawneh, met with the Saudi Cultural Attaché, Dr. Issa bin Fahd Al-Rumaih, in his office, in the presence of the Head of the Financial Affairs Department, Mr. Salem Al-Dossary, in the Saudi Cultural Attaché, and from the University, the Dean of the College of Sharia, Dr. Bilal Abu Qaddum, the Director of the Marketing Department, Dr. Muhammad Nassar, and Dr. Miteb Al-Otaibi, a faculty member in the College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Malik Al-Sarhan, a faculty member in the College of Business, and Mr. Anas Kaso from the Department of Information and Public Relations Prof. Al-Tarawneh expressed her happiness with the accreditation of Amman Arab University for Saudi students to study there, and presented the history and establishment of the University, the educational opportunities available to students at the university and the forms of joint cooperation and specializations developed by the university such as the College of Aviation Sciences, which is considered one of the unique colleges of its kind in the Middle East, and other disciplines that meet the needs of the Saudi and international labor market, study plans, and the process of integrating e-learning into higher education programs.
In turn, Dr. Issa, the Saudi Cultural Attaché, appreciated the advanced level of education at Amman Arab University in terms of integrating the theoretical and applied sides into the academic tracks and programs. He said that education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is considered one of the strongest education systems in the region. He stressed that the relationship between Jordan and Saudi Arabia is a solid and strong relationship in all fields.
