A LECTURE ON CYBERSECURITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FROM AMMAN ARAB UNIVERSITY FOR STUDENTS OF AJYAL AL-ALAM SCHOOLS
WITHIN THE ROLE OF AMMAN ARAB UNIVERSITY IN COMMUNICATING WITH AND SERVING THE COMMUNITY, DR. MANAR MEZHER AND DR. DIALA IBRAHIM FROM THE FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND INFORMATICS AT AMMAN ARAB UNIVERSITY PRESENTED A LECTURE ENTITLED (CYBERSECURITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BETWEEN THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR AND THE LABOR MARKET) ADDRESSED TO ACADEMIC STUDENTS AND GENERATIONS OF SCIENCE SCHOOLS.
DURING THE LECTURE, THE CONCEPTS OF CYBERSECURITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WERE PRESENTED AND THEIR IMPORTANCE TO DIFFERENT SECTORS AND THEIR ROLE IN KEEPING PACE WITH THE TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION, AND CURRENT AND FUTURE JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN EACH FIELD. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDYING THESE FIELDS IN OFFICIAL UNIVERSITIES AND HOW TO QUALIFY STUDENTS OF THESE FIELDS TO COMPETE IN THE LABOR MARKET WERE CLARIFIED.
IN THIS CONTEXT, THE DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND INFORMATICS AT AMMAN ARAB UNIVERSITY, DR. HUSSAM AL-HAMAD, POINTED OUT THE IMPORTANCE OF BENEFITING FROM THE EXPERIENCES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ACADEMIC STAFF AT THE UNIVERSITY AND ITS PARTICIPATION WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, AS THIS PARTICIPATION COMES WITHIN THE POLICY AND ORIENTATIONS OF THE ARAB UNIVERSITY OF AMMAN IN SERVING LOCAL COMMUNITY.
