The First among Expatriates in the College of Pharmacy is a Student at Amman Arab University
Under the title (You are ambassadors of Jordan) and under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Azmi Mahafda, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Iraqi expatriate student Adyan Al-Karawi, a graduate of the College of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University, was honored by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for being ranked first among foreign students in Jordan, and also achieving first place in the Bachelor of Pharmacy major among students of her class at Amman Arab University for the academic year 2022/2023.
The honor was attended by a representative of the President of the University, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Bani Hamdan, who conveyed feelings of pride and blessings to the student and her family, stressing the role of Amman Arab University in providing a homogeneous environment that embraces all expatriates and supportive of achieving the academic ambitions of international students. It is mentioned that the College of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University includes 35% of foreign students of different nationalities, including Iraqi, Egyptian, Palestinian, Syrian and Yemeni.
It is noteworthy that honoring students from friendly and brotherly countries is a step taken by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education that reflected the true picture of the educational process in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the interest and follow-up so that education in Jordan reaches the ranks of developed countries, in addition to highlighting several criteria, including the preparation of foreign students studying in universities, and their high number, which indicates students' confidence in universities and teaching in Jordan.
