Suhaila Banat from Amman Arab University Talks about Maintaining Friendliness with Others
Prof. Suhaila Banat, faculty member at the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University, participated in one of the paragraphs of the program Gathering the Air through the University of Jordan Radio, where the topic of the paragraph she presented during the episode was on "How to maintain friendliness in relations with others."
Prof. Banat talked about the importance of maintaining friendliness with important people in our lives, and pointed out important things that help us maintain relationships such as: understanding and empathizing with the other and giving him excuses in the event of a certain situation with this person, and stressed the importance of expressing feelings between people, whether in a verbal or non-verbal manner.
During her participation, she also referred to key points that play a role in maintaining relationships, including respect, appreciation of the other, gratitude and providing support to others. She focused on the importance of mutualism in taking and giving, as a person is happy to get love, attention and appreciation as he gives it to others. It is noteworthy that this participation comes within the university's policy and orientation to participate with local community in all fields
