The College of Computer Sciences and Informatics at "Amman Arab University" Obtains a Certificate of Quality Assurance
Amman - College of Computer Sciences and Informatics Sciences at Amman Arab University obtained the Quality Assurance Certificate granted by the Accreditation Commission for Higher Education Institutions and Quality Assurance for a period of three years after completing all quality requirements and standards at the level of the college and its academic programs.
On this occasion, the President of the University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, said that the College of Computer Sciences and Informatics obtaining this certificate is a new achievement added to the series of achievements achieved by the university, including obtaining the Institutional Quality Assurance Certificate the previous year. He also emphasized on the University’s distinction and entrepreneurship in all aspects of its work, appreciated the efforts made by its academic and administrative cadres to achieve excellence in all its activities and work, and indicated the readiness of the rest of the colleges to obtain a quality assurance certificate successively in order to achieve the university’s strategic plan. Prof. Al-Widyan also thanked the accreditation body represented by its president and its entire staff for their high professionalism during the pursuit of the university and the college to obtain this certificate.
For his part, the Dean of the College and Assistant to the President for Planning and Quality Assurance, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad, indicated that the College's obtaining the Quality Assurance Certificate comes as an embodiment of the College's vision and mission to move forward towards academic and research excellence and to qualify its students for the requirements of the labor market in an optimal manner by strengthening its infrastructure and holding local and international partnerships and keeping pace with Global developments, appreciating the efforts of all faculty and administrative staff in the college in addition to the staff of the quality assurance department at the university, expressing his thanks and appreciation for their efforts and commitment to applying quality assurance standards and international academic accreditations and their distinguished contribution to qualifying college students academically and professionally through academic courses and extracurricular activities such as competitions, workshops and courses Applied training.
