College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at "Amman Arab University" Sponsors the Vocational and Electronic Planning Project
Amman - Based on vision of Amman Arab University to implement the principle of social responsibility, the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the University developed the Personality Style and Occupational Orientation Tests as part of the "electronic career planning" project adopted by the college, which aims to help students plan their careers and identify professions and the appropriate professional environment for them.
Interest in inclinations and personality pattern has been linked to the progress of measurement and psychological counseling, industry and technology and benefiting from them in guidance to the appropriate professions for the individual, so Amman Arab University worked on adopting this project and provided a free electronic link that is available continuously and at any time on the university's electronic homepage, which contains a test for measuring personality patterns A test of self-exploration and professional inclinations.
It is noteworthy that the research team for the project is composed of Prof. Siham Abu Aita, Prof. Hayam Al-Taj, Dr. Rand Arabiyat and Dr. Rami Al-Shaqran, who prepared a user guide to facilitate the process of responding to the tests and interpreting the results in order to serve the target groups in this project.
