Creative Graduation Projects for Computer Science Students at Amman Arab University

Amman - The College of Computer Science and Informatics at Amman Arab University concluded on Saturday, 11/2/2023, the discussion of graduation projects of its students for the first semester 2022/2023 in the presence of faculty members and a large gathering of students' families. Fourteen graduation projects were discussed, each project, each of three students. The first place was won by the specialization of software engineering and the specialization of computer information systems by student Muzaffar Al-Omari, student Abdul Hadi Jojo, and Ahmed Al-Omari under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Bani Bani Bakr, for their distinguished project, which will be developed into a commercial product entitled Smart Irrigation System. The second place was won by student Baraa Khoury, student Sawwar Al-Rawashda and student Zaid Nasrallah under the supervision of dr. Kamal Alyan for their project entitled Amman House System, and the first place in the specialization of cybersecurity was won by student Yazan Saleh and student Tarek Jawdah under the supervision of Dr. Kamal Alian for their project entitled File Routine Hub

In turn, the Dean of the College of Computater Sciences and Informatics, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad, thanked the members of the Graduation Projects Committees and all discussion committees, praised the level of students who completed the requirements of their graduation projects ably, and praised their efforts to ensure the excellence of ideas and topics for this semester.

In this regard, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Atir, Chairman of the Graduation Projects Committee, said that such a meeting represents a scientific model that the university is proud of because it highlights the creative and innovative aspects of students, indicating that the projects discussed this chapter focused on several areas, including the field of local community institutions and service and the field of keeping pace with modern trends in information technology

At the end of the discussions, the winning students were honored and certificates of appreciation were distributed to them. It is noteworthy that the teams participating in the graduation projects discussed included a group of creative students, namely: Zaid Omar, Muhammad Dawood, Muhannad Muhammad, Malik Arar, Mohammed Al-Daraosheh, Israa Abu Hantash.
