Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Receives Chairman of the Board of Trustees and President of Amman Arab University

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Amman Arab University, Dr. Omar Mashhour Al-Jazi, accompanied by the President of the University, Prof. Mohamed Al-Widyan, visited this morning the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jordan, where they were received by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairy at the headquarter of the embassy, in the presence of the Saudi Cultural Attaché, His Excellency Dr. Issa Al-Rumaih

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Jazi thanked him on his behalf and on behalf of the President of the University and the university family for the approval of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to accredit all university programs. He also thanked the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Cultural Attaché in Jordan for their continuous and tireless support to higher education institutions in Jordan

Moreover, His Excellency Ambassador Al-Sudairy welcomed Dr. Al-Jazi and Prof. Al-Widyan, praising the solid brotherly relations between the two sisterly kingdoms, and expressed his admiration for the quality of higher education in Jordan, expressing the readiness of the embassy and the Cultural Attaché to strengthen the partnership between the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education and Amman Arab University.

It is noteworthy that Amman Arab University recently obtained the accreditation of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all university's academic programs for bachelor's and master's degrees in addition to higher diplomas in the university's ten faculties. Since 1999, the university has graduated many of those who hold higher positions, including in Saudi Arabia.
