"Preparing a Montessori Teacher" Training Course for Students of Amman Arab University
The Deanship of Student Affairs / Office of Career Guidance and Alumni Follow-up, in cooperation with the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University, held a training course entitled "Preparation of a Montessori Teacher".
The implementation of this course was one of the training courses and workshops implemented by the Office within the student's skill portfolio, which qualifies the student to the labor market. The course aimed to introduce students to the Montesori curriculum and its principles, and the pillars of the classroom in Montessori, in addition to introducing them to how to apply Montesori activities, the foundations of Montesori, methods of applying them, obstacles to its application and age stages. The last session (applied) was held at Pearl International Academy and Al Madar International Schools so that students can transfer theory into practice.
Based on the principle of communicating with the alumni of the University, this course was offered by one of the graduates of Amman Arab University, Ms. Hayat Al-Muhairat, and Ms. Sumaya Al-Ahmad graduates of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, supervised by Dr. Bassam Ghanim to transfer practical experiences from graduates to students of the University.
