Training Course at "Amman Arab University" on BOQ Formation for Civil and Architectural Works
AMMAN - Amman Arab University held a training course entitled "Developmental Quantity Surveying of Civil & Architectural Works", organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs / Career Guidance and Graduate Follow-up Office.
The training course provided by Eng. Nabil Al-Fayyoumi aimed to provide the participating students with knowledge about the basic engineering definitions related to civil and architectural works, awareness of the rules of measuring various works, tools and techniques, the quantitative survey process and the formation of BOQ for civil and architectural works.
The implementation of this course comes as one of the courses and training workshops implemented by the office within the student's skill portfolio, which qualifies the student to the labor market.
It is worth mentioning that the student's skills portfolio is the first of its kind in Jordanian higher education, which enables University students to acquire applied and professional skills during their studies at the university through their participation in many free activities, courses and workshops in systematic and thoughtful ways distributed over all years of study with specific schedules that will enhance their CV and future career path.
