Distinguished Employee Award at Amman Arab University for "Abdul Rahman Abu Jaafar" and "Aisha Al-Zawahra"
Amman Arab University, based on the recommendation of the Distinguished Employee Selection Committee, decided to grant the employee at the Information and Communications Technology Center, Abdul Rahman Ali Abu Jaafar, the Distinguished Employee Award for the administrative category, and the employee Aisha Abdul Rahim Al-Zawahra, the Distinguished Employee Award for the technicians category for the academic year 2021/2022, where they were honored By Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, President of the University, in the presence of the Chairman of the Distinguished Employee Selection Committee, Assistant of the President for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Ms. Nadia Al-Kedimat, members of the committee and the directors of the concerned administrative units.
The ideal employee award at the university is granted to the category of administrators and technicians only, and the competition is limited to this mechanism for employees holding the position of assistant director or less.
In this regard, the President of the University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, said that excellence has no limits, and Amman Arab University believes in and applies the approach of leadership in all its academic, educational and administrative fields to achieve a competitive advantage that puts it at the forefront of universities, and for this reason the Distinguished Employee Award is crowned as one of the goals of this distinction and entrepreneurship.
