Amman Arab University Offers Training Courses for Local Community

 Amman - Amman – Coping with Amman Arab University endeavors in strengthening the University's participation in serving and networking with local community, Information and Communication Technology Center, in cooperation with the Office of Relations and Social Responsibility at Amman Arab University, organized a training course in "Computer Basics" for a group of orphaned children sponsored by Ain Al-Basha Orphan Association.
 The training course included a number of computer skills and themes, through which the trainees received a number of computer and applied skills in information technology, their importance and how to employ them in real life.
 Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, president of the University, stated that the university aims to encourage the design of these initiatives, as part of its mission to develop a sense of social responsibility among its staff, and to provide support and support to less fortunate communities, stressing that the university is ready to host courses that serve the local community.
 In this regard, the president of the association, Yousef Al-Nawaji, expressed his thanks and gratitude to Amman Arab University, represented by the president of the university, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, for hosting such courses and for the efforts made to make this course a success. He extended special thanks to the course instructor, Eng. Anas Hassanein, and those in charge of the success of this course.
 At the conclusion of the training courses, President of the University honored and distributed certificates and prizes in kind. Mr. Issam Fouda, Deputy Director of the Information and Communication Technology Center, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the participants.
