Professorship to Dr. Banat at “Amman Arab University”
Amman - Amman Arab University Deans Council decided to promote Dr. Suhaila Banat to the rank of professor in the field of psychological and educational counseling from the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences.
Dr. Banat holds aPh.D.D in Philosophy in psychological and educational counseling from the University of Jordan in 2004.
She worked as a consultant for the Queen Rania Award for Distinguished Mentor and worked as a trainer on the family guidance guide for institutions and ministries (social development, education) and Jordanian universities.
She also worked as a deputy in the deanship of student affairs, as she worked as the acting head of the Department of Educational Psychology, the Department of Special Education, and the Department of Psychological and Educational Counseling in the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences. She supervised a group of students’ theses and has many published research, has two awards (an appreciation award in honor of the efforts made in preparing a family counseling guide, the Engineer Nabil Barakat award for distinguished in the doctoral program).
