"Amman Arab University" Participates in the Symposium "The Talented is in Our Hands and Yours"
Amman - Prof. Suhaila Banat from the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University participated in a scientific symposium at the invitation of the Arab Council for the Gifted and Talented entitled “Educating the Gifted’s Parents is an Inevitable Responsibility”, and under the slogan “The Gifted is a Trust in Our Hands and Your Hands”.
The symposium, in which Dr. Banat participated as a keynote speaker, discussed a scientific paper entitled "The outstanding students‘ need, their problems, and how parents and families deal with them", which was attended by many professors and specialists from different Arab countries.
The research paper focused on the mechanism of dealing with the problems facing the gifted and talented, especially about the relationship with others, as well as the educational material and the teacher of talented students. At the end of the symposium, everyone expressed their benefit from the scientific paper, and Prof.Banat answered the questions of the participants of the symposium.
The Arab Council for the Gifted and Talented presented a certificate of thanks and appreciation to Professor Suhaila Banat for her efforts in the symposium. This participation comes within the University's policy of participation and networking with local community institutions.
