For the Second Year in a Row, "Amman Arab University" Obtains the ISO 21001:2018 Certificate for Educational Institutions
Coping with Amman Arab University’s vision of reaching a distinguished rank at the local and international levels, by enabling all academic and administrative units of the University to achieve excellence and professional performance in quality for the scientific and administrative body, Amman Arab University obtained for the second time in a row the ISO certificate in the implementation of the quality management system For educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 21001:2018, which is the latest international standard in educational quality management, to be one of the first Jordanian universities to obtain this certificate.
On this occasion, the President of the University, Prof. Al-Widyan, said that the University’s obtaining this certificate for the second time in a row is the result of the distinguished efforts of the university’s cadres from the members of the teaching and administrative staff, and it also indicates the commitment of all its academic and administrative units to apply international standards in educational quality management, which require proof of the university’s ability to: Adhering to these standards and meeting the requirements of the labor market and the satisfaction of employers by developing the students’ scientific, research and applied abilities and skills.
Prof. Al-Widyan extended his sincere thanks to all university employees, especially those in charge of the file in the Office of the Assistant to the President for Planning and Quality Assurance and the Department of Planning and Quality Assurance, calling on everyone to work hard and diligently to achieve more certificates, which will have a significant impact on raising the effectiveness of the work and performance of all university units and departments.
