Amman Arab University signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Jordanian Businessmen Association
Prof. Muhamad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, received His Excellency Hamdi Al-Tabbaa, President of the Jordanian Businessmen Association, in the presence of the General Director of the Association, Tariq Hijazi, and the Vice President and his assistants at the University headquarters, Sunday 5/6/2022, in order to enhance the prospects for cooperation between the two sides in various fields through the signing of Joint Memorandum of Cooperation.
During the meeting, Al-Tabbaa stressed the importance of the role of various educational institutions in society and in achieving economic progress, pointing to the importance of the memorandum of cooperation signed in enhancing prospects for cooperation between the two sides.
In turn, Dr. Al-Widyan expressed his happiness at signing the joint cooperation agreement, praising the association's important role in supporting the national economy, pointing out that Amman Arab University is greatly concerned with development and progress and keeping pace with the most prominent developments in the economic arena.
Al-Widyan reviewed an introductory summary of the most important goals of Amman Arab University and the most prominent achievements at the research and academic levels, stressing that the University is keen to produce efficient educational outputs that engage in the labor market effectively, in addition to the University’s interest in the quality of education and the adoption of modern methods of teaching through blended education, in addition to that the university is keen to organize periodically a number of scientific and research conferences.
The memorandum of cooperation aims to enhance the prospects for cooperation between the two sides by working to establish direct links between academic, educational and practical practices in the areas of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging cooperation in research and development projects and marketing them in all fields, in addition to cooperation in the fields of studies, consultations and various experiences and the possibility of establishing various scientific activities, including lectures, training workshops, and participation in events, conferences and courses organized by both sides. The joint memorandum of cooperation also allows granting facilities to members of the association wishing to join the University and study in its various specializations.
