Amman Arab University" holds a workshop entitled "Exam Anxiety" For students of Sukaina Bint Al Hussein School
Coping with the University’s policy in partnership with local community institutions, the Cultural Committee of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences organized a workshop via Zoom platform entitled “Exam Anxiety” for students of Sukaina Bint Al Hussein School in Ain Al-Basha District.
Dr. Rand Arabiat, Dr. Suhaila Banat, and Professor Dr. Shatha Al-Ajili implemented the workshop, where the focus was placed on the causes of exam anxiety, as well as the physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms that may appear on students who suffer from exam anxiety, in addition to the process of how to deal before and during the exam situation, as well as how to deal with this problem and focus.
On the importance of preparing and preparing students before exams. The topic of the workshop was chosen in line with the needs of the school's students, in coordination with its management, Director Souad Habash, and the workshop coordinator, Ms. Tahani Banat.
