“Amman Arab University” is in the process of concluding a cooperation agreement with Al-Kitab University in the medical fields and aircraft maintenance
Amman - Amman Arab University discussed opportunities for academic cooperation with the Iraqi Al-Kitab University, and the possibility of organizing a cooperation agreement in various fields.
President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, met president of Al-Kitab University, Prof. Iyad Barzanji, with the presence of Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ikhlas Al-Tarawneh, Dr. Hiam Al-Taj, Dean of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Dr. Rami Al-Shaqran, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and the Director of the International Bureau and External Relations Dr. Malik Sarhan and Mr. Anas Kaso from the Department of Media and Public Relations.
Prof. Al-Widyan presented an overview of the University and its faculties, programs and specializations taught in it, referring to the efficiency of its graduates in the local and Arab labor market, as well as the University's contributions to society in terms of its social responsibility, and in the field of scientific research as well as carrying out joint scientific research and joint authorship.
Dr. Al-Widyan confirmed the readiness of the College of Aviation Sciences to teach some courses to be held by the two universities, in addition to opening the way for bachelor graduates to join specialized courses in aviation sciences (aircraft maintenance) to obtain international and local licenses (EASA, CARC).
In turn, Prof. Iyad Barzanji expressed his happiness with this meeting and his presence in one of the Jordanian universities known for its sobriety and academic history, and said that Al-Kitab University seeks to develop cooperation in various fields with Amman Arab University and with various Jordanian universities, indicating that Amman Arab University is a distinguished Jordanian university in all fields
