Pioneering graduation projects in “Amman Arab University” for students of Computer Sciences and Informatics

Amman - The discussion of graduation projects for students of the Faculty of Computer and Informatics Sciences for the first semester of 2021-2022 concluded at Amman Arab University, after completing all requirements, characterized by their comprehensiveness and keeping pace with development.

The discussion and arbitration committee included Prof. Muhammad Ateer as Chairman of the Graduation Projects Committee, Dr. Muhammad Al-Ansari, CEO of Al-Awael Company for Computer Systems, Engineer Abdul Rahman Al-Baghdadi and Executive Director of the First Specialized Company for Technology, Software and Marketing, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad, and staff members of the faculty.

The Maintenance Management System (MMS) project won first place for students: Iman Al-Zen, Ibrahim Al-Jundi, and Fadwa Al-Zawahra, an appreciative prize of 450 J.D for each of them as fees for advanced training courses in networks, databases, and programming provided by Tuned App, one of the faculty’s partners that offers a set of free training courses for students according to an agreement signed with them.

In this regard, the Head of the Graduation Projects Committee, Prof. Muhammad Ateer, indicated that the topics of the graduation projects for this semester were varied and kept pace with developments, and were characterized by a high level of quality in documentation, programming, and presentation, considering that “many of them are the cornerstone of pioneering projects” that can be converted into emerging companies

In turn, the Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Informatics Sciences, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad, thanked those responsible for following up on the graduation projects, starting with the supervisors and discussion committees, and ending with the projects committee that organized the discussions and the competition.

It is worth noting that the Faculty of Computer and Informatics Sciences gives great importance to the graduation projects of its students as a summary of their four-year study that helps them refine and develop their scientific and practical skills by developing applications related to the needs of the local community.
