AAU is ranked 4th on private universities level and 9th locally according to Green Metric ranking
AAU ranked 4th on private universities level and the 9th locally according to Green Metric level ranking for 2021. According to the recent outcomes, the University was among the best 654 universities globally out of 956 universities qualified internationally.
AAU progressed successively to 177 ranks compared to the previous year. Professor Mohamad Al-Widyan, President of the University, paid tribute for achieving advanced ranks in the classification and appreciated the efforts of all employees, accreditation and ranking department, and ranking committee for following up all criteria, setting up and implementing development plans.
Professor Al-Widyan also added that the University, since establishment with its vision and mission, was seeking contentiously to promote the infrastructure, social development, follow up, develop the quality of educational outcomes, and enhance scientific researches, studies, and community service.
Furthermore, he confirmed the compatibility of University achievements such as rankings, accreditations, and quality with the strategic plan of the University to cope with international developments and exert efforts to improve and develop University educational process.
