Students of Amman Arab University Explore Al-Junaidi Factory's Experience in Human Resource Management
Students from Amman Arab University visited Al-Junaidi Food Industries Factory as part of an initiative to enhance their skills and prepare them for the job market. Accompanied by faculty members, the 25 students majoring in Human Resource Management explored the functions of the factory's Human Resources Department.
They received detailed insights from Dr. Yasser Al-Jarban, the HR Director, regarding HR management functions, hiring processes, job descriptions, and performance evaluation mechanisms. The visit also highlighted the role of information systems in managing the factory's administrative and marketing operations.
