
Amman Arab University Participates in a Scientific Competition on the Occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the Royal Throne Accession
In celebration of the Silver Jubilee of the Royal Throne Accession, the Public Security Directorate organized a scientific competition with participation from Amman Arab University (AAU) through a number of academics and officers. The competition involved the discussion of scientific research in three specialized scientific sessions.
Dr. Mahmoud Hussein Abu Jomah, a faculty member at the College of Business at Amman Arab University, chaired one of the discussion sessions, which featured research presentations from eight Public Security officers at the Royal Police Academy.
The research papers focused on important topics in the field of cybercrimes. Each researcher presented a summary of their paper, followed by an extensive discussion by the committee members. The committee provided valuable feedback to improve the quality of the research, and the grades for each paper were determined based on the agreed-upon evaluation criteria.
At the end of the competition, the Director of the Royal Police Academy expressed his appreciation for the active participation of Amman Arab University, represented by Dr. Abu Jomah, in this scientific event. He extended his gratitude to Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Wadyan, President of the University, and Dr. Ahood Al- Khasawneh, Dean of the College of Business, for their continuous support for scientific research and for providing opportunities to enhance cooperation between national institutions.
This participation reflects the prominent role of Amman Arab University in supporting scientific and research movements across various national institutions, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to contributing effectively to the development of the academic community in Jordan.
