Amman Arab University Organizes Workshop to Strengthen the Role of Engineers and Prepare Them for the Job Market
The Department of Civil Engineering at Amman Arab University organized a workshop titled "Enhancing the Role of the Engineer in the Work environment".
Both, Engineer Al-Majdalawi and Engineer Al-Sleihat highlighted during the workshop the importance of enhancing engineers' skills and preparing them to face the challenges of the labor market across various engineering disciplines. Additionally, they discussed ways to develop both technical and personal competencies, as well as improving professional performance to align with the demands of the ever-evolving work environment.
The workshop witnessed significant engagement from the students, as they were given the opportunity to participate and engage in discussions.
