President of Amman Arab University (AAU) Receives Delegation from Arab Orphan Committee Association
Professor Mohammed Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, received a delegation from the Arab Orphan Committee Association, headed by its Chairman, Eng. Khaled Kanan. The meeting aimed to strengthen partnership and develop cooperation in educational and community fields, contributing to the academic and professional empowerment of students and enhancing their opportunities to access university education, alongside discussing mechanisms for academic and training support.
Professor Al-Widyan praised the Association's efforts in empowering and supporting youth, emphasizing the university's keenness to enhance this partnership to serve students and provide them with distinguished educational and training opportunities. This aligns with the university's vision of community service and reflects its commitment to social responsibility initiatives. Eng. Kanan, in turn, valued the university's pioneering role in supporting students and expressed the Association's aspiration to expand cooperation, particularly in technical and applied specializations, and to launch joint programs that develop students' skills for the job market.
