
Amman Arab University (AAU) Ranks 8th Among Jordanian Universities in the Times Arab University Rankings 2025 and Among the Top 100 Arab Universities
Amman Arab University has achieved a prominent academic milestone in the Times Arab University Rankings 2025, a leading global ranking that assesses academic and research performance. The university secured 66th place among all Arab universities (both public and private) and 8th place among Jordanian universities, maintaining its position as one of the top private universities in the Kingdom within the prestigious top 100 Arab universities.
University President, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, stated that this achievement—marking the second consecutive year of inclusion among the top Arab universities—is the result of significant efforts to develop the educational and scientific research system. He affirmed that it reflects the university's steadfast commitment to elevating academic performance in line with the highest international standards.
Dr. Al-Widyan attributed this progress to strategic investments in academic talent, the expansion of specialized programs, infrastructure development, and the enhancement of international cooperation and research partnerships with prestigious global institutions. These efforts have collectively contributed to qualifying students with the specialized skills required by the labor market.
