Amman Arab University (AAU) Participates in Conference on Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Industry
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal, Amman Arab University participated in the conference "Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Industry in Jordan," organized by the Higher Council for Science and Technology. The event aimed to enhance partnerships between universities and the industrial sector to align educational outcomes with labour market needs.
University President, Prof. Mohammed Al-Widyan, emphasised that bridging this gap is a national necessity to ensure programmes keep pace with industrial developments. Representatives from the university highlighted its commitment to applied research, quality assurance aligned with market needs, and practical initiatives like joint projects and training to prepare competitive graduates.
