Amman Arab University hosted an introductory meeting for the Crown Prince's Award for the Best Government Service Application, organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the university's Center for Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship and the Faculty of Information Technology. The event aimed to highlight the award's role in encouraging students and youth to develop innovative digital applications that enhance government services and user experience, while also building their technical and entrepreneurial skills in line with national digital transformation goals.
The session included an overview of the award's categories, participation criteria, and submission mechanisms, emphasizing the use of modern technologies like artificial intelligence and mobile applications. An open discussion allowed students to ask questions about developing their ideas into practical applications. Dr. Samer Ayasrah, Director of the Center for Creativity, reaffirmed the university's support for such national initiatives and its commitment to fostering innovation among students. The ministry encouraged students to actively participate by leveraging their digital skills to simplify government procedures and improve service efficiency.
