Meeting with Graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, held a graduate meeting for the academic year 2023/2024 in the presence of Prof. Rana Abu Huwaij, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Khalid Bani Hamdan, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah Nasser Al-Din, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Alaa Al-Bawat, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, and members of the academic and administrative staff in the Faculty, with the participation of a number of graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy and students expected to graduate during the current semester.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Abu Haweej welcomed the graduates of the college, expressing her pride and confidence in its graduates, their outstanding performance and their keenness to continuous communication with the college. She also presented the achievements of the college from the creation of a master's program (pharmaceutical alertness and regulatory affairs), and obtaining local and international accreditations. The memorandums of understanding concluded with the college's strategic excellence partners from pharmaceutical companies, government and private institutions and bodies were highlighted to enhance academic cooperation and field training of students.

prof. Bani Hamdan praised the graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy, referring to the university's statistics, which demonstrated the success of its graduates in obtaining distinguished job opportunities and their ability to adapt quickly to diverse work environments, and their ability to contribute effectively to the local, Arab and international labor market, based on the university's commitment to the continuity of support sessions and skills development to reach excellence, leadership and high academic reputation at the local and international levels.

It is noteworthy that based on the satisfaction and needs studies of the graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy and in order to meet their desire and keenness on continuous education, Dr. Abeer Taqi Al-Din, Director of Business Development at the Jordanian Company for Drug Production, presented a scientific training workshop on the sidelines of the meeting entitled "Regulatory Affairs for the Registration of Medicines", during which she presented the most important laws, instructions and guidelines governing the registration of medicines in Jordan and the necessary files and their contents.
