Public Transport Lines to Serve Mobus Area and Al-Baqa'a Camp
Amman Arab University, in cooperation with the Land Transport Regulatory Commission, specifically the Central Region of Al-Balqa Governorate, announced the operation of transportation lines linking Al-Baqa’a, Mobus and Amman Arab University.
In this regard, the President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, said that these lines are very important for the residents of the region to provide additional public transportation lines at symbolic prices of (500) fils per passenger, noting that Amman Arab University has an integrated transport fleet that covers all governorates of the Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that this initiative is joint between Amman Arab University and the Al-Balqa Governorate Transport Authority, represented by its director, Mr. Tariq Al-Baqour, and the director of governorate affairs, Mr. Iyad Haddad, and with direct coordination from Mrs. Basma Abu Jaber, a member of the university’s council.
It is noteworthy that the lines that will be introduced will be as follows:
1- Baqa'a - Secondary Schools - Amman Arab University.
2- Abu Hamed - Al-Baqa'a - Amman Arab University.
These lines will be ready to operate starting from the beginning of next week on 10/15/2022, i.e. the start of the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023.
