Strengthening Jordan's Support for Jerusalem: Professor Dr. Nouman Al Khatib from Amman Arab University Teaches in PhD Program at Al-Quds University

In the context of distinguished academic cooperation between Amman Arab University and Al-Quds University, Professor Dr. Nouman Ahmed Al-Khatib, a faculty member at the College of Law at Amman Arab University and one of the most prominent Arab academics in constitutional law and political systems, has commenced teaching in the newly established PhD program at the Faculty of Law – Al-Quds University. This initiative aligns with Al-Quds University's efforts to enhance graduate programs and provide an advanced educational environment that qualifies a generation of researchers and experts in legal and constitutional affairs by attracting high-level academic competencies from across the Arab world, notably Amman Arab University. This cooperation also reflects Jordan's supportive stance toward the resilience of Jerusalem, particularly in academic and higher education sectors.

The participation of Dr. Al-Khatib, who boasts an academic career spanning over forty years during which he held prestigious academic and administrative positions in several Jordanian and Arab universities, adds significant value to this new program. Among the highlights of Dr. Al-Khatib's career are his tenure as President of Al-Isra University and Vice President of Mutah University, in addition to his intellectual and scholarly contributions that have enriched Arab legal literature with fundamental references, including "Al-Waseet in Political Systems and Constitutional Law," "Al-Wafi in the Jordanian Constitutional System," and numerous research papers published in leading international journals.

This academic collaboration underscores the pioneering role of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, in supporting the resilience of Jerusalem and its institutions, particularly in higher education. It also reflects Amman Arab University's commitment to strengthening its regional and Arab presence through academic exchange and contributing to the development of graduate programs.
