College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at "Amman Arab University" Implements the Workshop "Measuring and Evaluation in the Teaching Process" at Zainab Bint Al-Rasul School
College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University carried out a training workshop entitled "Measuring and Evaluation in the Teaching Process" at Zainab Bint Al-Rawel School, the mixed basic in the area of the Ain Al-Basha Brigade.
The workshop was presented by the Head of the Department of Educational Psychology and Psychological and Educational Counseling, Dr. Moeen Al-Nasraouen, and a faculty member from the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods, Prof. Khaled Abu Shaera, and a member of the faculty member from the Department of Educational Psychology "Measuring and Evaluation", Dr. Mohammed Al-Karna, which dealt with the concepts of measurement, evaluation, tests and difficulties encountered by workers in measuring psychological and educational concepts. During the workshop, they discussed how to build and design the specification table to ensure accuracy in terms of aligning the test with the objective of the course, and using different types of test paragraphs to evaluate the skills and cognitive fields of students, and give students enough time to conduct the test.
The workshop was attended by a group of teachers, supervisors and administrators at the school, where the school principal in turn praised the initiative of the Amman Arab University to network with local community institutions, and at the end of the workshop, the interventions of all attendees were answered.
