College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at AAU Continues Participation in Societal Events
In celebration of World Mental Health Day, Dr. Suheila Banat from College of Educational and Psychological Sciences participated in a live radio program to discuss the significance of mental health, particularly in workplace settings. She stressed the importance of having an environment that enhances employee well-being, spirit of teamwork, and productivity for the benefit of society.
Dr. Banat also discussed the negative consequences of poor mental health in the workplace, including frustration and decreased motivation, curbing creativity and distinction. She stressed commitment to treating mental health problems within the community.
