Responsibilities/ Missions and Duties

  1. Identifying the supplies and all the items in the warehouses and computerizing their invoices by the data entry in order to have a repository of goods in the warehouses 
  2. Indexing, coding and computerizing all supplies that reach the warehouses.
  3. Full supervision of the disbursement of supplies from the warehouses and giving computerized outbox invoices.
  4. Balancing the warehouses items where they should match together, in order to tackle any differences resulting from data entry errors and to address any defect in these inbox and outbox correspondences with the Director of Supplies and the Tenders at least once every two months.
  5. Maintaining the assets of the warehouses and their cleanliness. Assuring that there is no water leakage and to report of any damage may occur. Specialized authorities should follow up and deal with the matter as quickly as possible in order to take the necessary measures to remove supplies and available materials from the water leakage places to cover them.
  6. Ensuring the safety of doors, windows and the validity of locks as well as the continuous maintenance for changing any item if damaged.
  7. Ensuring the safety of electrical installations, lights, heaters, and air conditions, water pipes and taps if found in the warehouses.
  8. Forbidding the employees to ignite kerosene gas heaters, use any cooking utensils or smoke in the warehouses.
  9. Closing the doors, windows, turning off heaters and air conditions, fans and lights before leaving the warehouses.
  10. Maintaining continuous ventilation.
  11. Providing the warehouses with general safety measures such as fire extinguishers and a training how to use them, taking necessary precautions to combat fires and coordinating with the expert authorities to achieve this.
  12. Determining the unused items or materials in order to dispose them as required.

Division of Custody

Responsibilities/ Missions and Duties

  1. Full supervision on all employees’ custody issues.
  2. Supervising the computerized cards to activate them from the day of recipient until the day of discharge. 
  3. Giving computerized cards for both professors and administrative. 
  4. Computerizing the conversion custody documents directly to the employees.
  5. Computerizing the retrieving documents directly to the employees.
  6. Computerizing the alteration of custody documents directly to the employees.
  7. Categorizing the custody into personal, construction, general or basic components for computer devices.
  8. Participating in different committees according to the Supplies and Tenders department.
