The targeted beneficiaries will be the Syrian Refugees and Underprivileged Jordanians living in Zarqa or Balqa Governorates. Syrian participants should have a valid UNHCR Asylum Seeker Certificate, and Jordanian participants should be beneficiaries of one of the approved organizations. The beneficiaries will belong to any of the groups
- Group 1: The graduates of engineering schools and community colleges between the ages of 20 and 28 years old.
- Group 2: The graduates of technical training and Tawjihi holders aged between 18 and 20 years old.
- Group 3: Students who have only completed primary school including those who dropped out of high school or failed to obtain a relevant qualification from secondary school but have adequate experience in electrical work aged between 18 and 28 years old.
