Celebration of Independence and Community Day at Amman Arab University

Amman - The Governor of Al-Balqa, Dr. Firas Abu Qaoud, sponsored in the presence of the Vice President of the Amman Arab University, Prof. Ikhlas Al-Tarawneh, a number of delegates from ambassadors and cultural attachés of brotherly countries, and a large group of University staff and students to celebrate the University's Independence and Community Day

Dr. Abu Qamoud spoke, by saying: Our independence in these days is different from previous years, which is mixed with real joy that came to every Jordanian house a few days ago, and we consider it the marriage of every Jordanian house to the Jordanian state, which was happy with all the citizens at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which is the wedding of His Highness Crown Prince al-Husain Bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajaw Al-Husain.

In this regard, Prof. Tarawneh said after welcoming the guests that since the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-six the Hashemites carry the banner of government generation after generation; they led its march wisely, and made sacrifices and other free Jordanians to make Jordan a free and independent state .

For his part, Dr. Khalid Bani Hamdan, Dean of Student Affairs, said that Independence Day is a real sample because of the anniversary’s values and noble goals such as serving the country, upholding word, preserving its identity and elements, defending it and promoting its renaissance, and that this celebration of our Amman Arab University is distinguished by our joyful with our distinguished guests.

Dr. Bilal Abu Qaddum indicated that we must always thank God for the blessing of security and safety and for all the blessings that God has blessed us in our country as a joy away from independence, and must be expressed in the best images that reflect the love of the homeland and belonging to it

The celebration included poetic and theatrical poems and the opening of the community exhibition, in which the participating countries presented their popular heritage, cultural and humanitarian history.
