Amman Arab University Participates in the Sixth Donor Conference and Award for the Year 2022

 Within the framework of Amman Arab University’s endeavor of active participation at the local and international levels, and at the invitation of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility, headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the University participated in the 2022 Donors’ Conference and Award in its sixth session, which carried the name of the late “Rahima Habib Al-Hasafer”, the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association  Al-Rahma for Maternal and Child Care in the Sultanate of Oman organized by the International Center for Donor Services - Member of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility - 2022 under the title:

 Donors and their role in supporting education projects to achieve inclusion and empowerment

 Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Speaker of the Shura Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in the presence of the honorary guest of honor, His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, the International Ambassador for Social Responsibility from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

 The University participated in two scientific papers, the first presented by the president of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohamad Al-Widyan, entitled “University Grants and Their Paths in Preparing Influential Leaders in Their Societies, International and Arab Experiences.”  The second was presented by the University’s consultant for Social Responsibility, Mr. Bassam Al-Bashaira, entitled “Best Practices for Determining the Criteria for Beneficiaries of Educational Grants and Associated Social Services”

 The conference was attended by other scientific papers, bodies and personalities from several countries, the State of Palestine, the Sultanate of Oman, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Malaysia, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Qatar, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Morocco.

 The conference concluded with a workshop on guidelines for donors to support education projects to achieve inclusion and empowerment, presented by Dr. Ali Abdullah Al Ibrahim, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility in the State of Qatar.
