Societies, with their political, economic and social pillars, depend on the youth as an effective human wealth and a real treasure that societies sing about the world and an economic, social and intellectual asset, and no less important than the rest of the capabilities and assets if they are invested in all sectors .Abilities in directing the compass of society towards building and changing to advance all aspects of society’s life at various levels.
Today, we hear and read through the international media and the results of demographic, economic and social studies, which clearly indicated the importance of this wealth, represented by the role of educated and educated youth mostly in the renaissance of societies and the achievement of the so-called qualitative shift to become those societies in the ranks of developed countries and the economic liberation of their societies from poverty to an economic power Influential, and their creative abilities and transforming them into inventions, which we hear about in light of their intellectual abilities and their orientations towards technology and dealing with it, and there are many historical and present examples, not to mention their remarkable presence in the world of politics, economics, education and others, which contributed in its entirety to a tangible change and turning in the paths of life towards the desired change and development.
Care and attention to youth and their aspirations and ambitions is a real gain for all, and guardianship of their rights is a national duty in the interest of everyone to move towards building and racing towards development, through the employment and investment of these creative energies to get out of many of life’s dilemmas and difficulties, which have become impacted on many societies and known to all, the majority of which pour into In not creating the appropriate conditions for young people and not giving them their adequate right to enter and participate actively in the various fields of life. Rather, ignoring young people has resulted in a bleak phenomenon and a transformation full of frustration and pessimism and an increase in psychological repression and unwanted behavior.
The challenges and difficulties that young people are going through in achieving their aspirations and future hopes, as it requires from everyone a number of treatments to change their situation, including the development of strategic national plans that carry radical and not temporary solutions to activate their real role to engage in the battlefield of life in all its joints, and these plans include solutions that may It eases and allows them to participate actively, and we suggest that they fully adhere to the retirement system in force in the public and private sectors and not to exceed it, whatever the cases or names are, to allow young people to work to inject new blood, establish a financial fund for young people to support their innovative small projects of feasibility, and enact a law that obligates sector companies The private sector as a major strategic partner for employment purposes and its content Linking the number of employees with capital, and directing public opinion in the media to urge young people to work to invest their energies according to available opportunities with a focus on eliminating the culture of defect in many professions, and amending minimum wage policies and singling out private sector companies in line with the living conditions and requirements of life, and pushing young people towards small entrepreneurial projects, which are one of the most important economic sectors in many countries the world and other possible solutions to work according to it.
The interest in solving the problems of young people towards investing this enormous wealth is supposed to be a priority if we sincerely look towards a better future by providing job opportunities and employing them so that this wealth will serve as the real key to removing many of the society’s obstacles and dissolving cases of frustration and grumbling for them, which will therefore be a turning point towards sustainable development through the partnership that we look forward to and from everyone to contribute to solving the problems of young people and enhancing their status and active role in building society across generations and not to remain entrenched in the saying of limited opportunities and resources.
