Al-Jazi Presides the Graduation Ceremony of the Silver Jubilee at Amman Arab University
Amman Arab University celebrated the graduation of its 24th class , named the “Silver Jubilee Class,” under the patronage of Dr. Omar Mashhoor Al-Jazi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Amman Arab University. The ceremony was held at the prestigious campus of the University of Jordan.
This exceptional class coincides with the Kingdom’s celebrations this year of the silver jubilee of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein’s accession to his constitutional powers, marking 25 years of achievements that have propelled Jordan toward progress and prosperity. This national occasion has bestowed joy and pride upon our university, as it sends forth this class of graduates—comprising students from Jordan as well as international students from various brotherly and friendly nations.
He emphasized that this class represents a strong addition to the nation, as they are presented as loyal men and women ready to build and defend the country. In this context, Dr. Al-Jazi expressed his pride in the resilience of the Palestinian people, especially in Gaza, in facing Zionist arrogance and attempts to Judaize Jerusalem. He stressed that Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, consistently supports the Palestinian cause by all possible means—whether through donations, aiding the wounded, or contributing to relief efforts.
