A Book for Al-Khatib and Al-Qudah from “Amman Arab University” on the System of Government in Islam
A book entitled: “The System of Governance in Islam” was recently published by Dar Al-Badil for Publishing and Distribution – Amman for the two faculty members at the Faculty of Law at Amman Arab University, Professor. Noman Ahmed Al-Khatib, Professor of Constitutional Law - Public Law - former Member of the Constitutional Court, former President of Al-Isra University, former Vice President of Mu’tah University, and Dr. Munther Abdel Karim Al-Qudah, Associate Professor of Civil Law - Private Law. - Former Director of Endowments of Zarqa Governorate, member of the Jordanian Scholars Association, and member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars.
The authors of the book, Dr. Al-Khatib and Dr. Al-Qudah, pointed out that the book contains (431) large pages, and contains six main sections. These sections are divided into a series of successive chapters and sections that include titles of interest to students of Sharia, judicial, and legal studies (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate).
This book is distinguished by the way it is presented, as it is a research study in which the luxurious pearls, shining stars and dazzling precious things of the details of the subject of the system of government in Islam were collected in one place and in the form of a scientific encyclopedia compiled to facilitate and serve the knowledge and its people, and in order to facilitate the seekers of knowledge, both general and specific and approximately for those who wish, without exaggeration or negligence, and to prevent unhelpful prolongation.
Prof. Al-Khatib and Dr. Al-Qudah pointed out that the book includes theoretical, academic and scientific information, in addition to the authors’ experiences that they acquired during their work in academic institutions and Jordanian universities in the public and private sectors.
It is noteworthy that Professor. Noman Al-Khatib and Dr. Munther Al-Qudah have many publications, books and legal research that are taught in Jordanian and Arab universities.
